At The River Place, our goal is to make things great. Whether it’s your experience as a client, guest or vendor, an excellent customer experience is what we strive for. We are a unique resource to York County and the Charlotte Metro area as we provide a turn key solution for video production and special events. It is our pleasure to serve our local community and help develop great experiences for all who visit our campus.
The Soundstage at The River Place is the premiere video production space in the Charlotte area and the Carolinas. Containing one of the largest cyc walls in the region, this area is sure to be a great canvas for a large scale creative vision, but can also double as an event space for largescale junctures.

The Barn is a top tier event space in a beautiful barn-like stucture. Exposed wooden beams give this massive space it’s character. With a stage and full AVL available.

The Green Room is a complimentary space perfect for use alongside the barn or soundstage area in our building. The Green Room provides you and your guests with lounge space, dressing rooms and a catering prep area to make your video production or event as comfortable as possible.
